In partnership with the U.S. Department of State and World Learning, the World Affairs Council of Oregon is recruiting Oregon participants for the Iraqi Young Leaders Exchange Program (IYLEP) in summer of 2014. IYLEP is a four week youth leadership program based in the U.S. for Iraqi and American teenagers ages 15-17.

The International Visitors Program has brought an increasing number of visitors looking at disability issues to Oregon. Identified as established or emerging leaders in their countries, the individuals are nominated by U.S. embassies to join other international leaders on a multi-city trip.
