Traditionally, governments communicate through treaties and military agreements while citizens communicate through culture. Whether it is art, cuisine, or any other expression of culture, we learn about each other through our everyday habits and pastimes. Does cultural exchange having a meaningful impact on the wider world. Does culture give us a real insight into other peoples, or does it perpetuate stereotypes.
