Ticket prices for the 4-part Series start at $80. Individual lecture tickets will go on sale at a later date to be announced.

No purchase is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. This contest is open to all adult residents of Oregon state. Employees of the World Affairs Council of Oregon and their respective household or immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. Compliance with the eligibility requirements will be determined solely by the World Affairs Council of Oregon. All Federal, State and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants must provide a valid telephone number and/or email address. All who purchase tickets online at Portland5.com or by calling 1-800-273-1530 during the time periods described below will be automatically entered into the drawings for the contests. All times are in Pacific Standard Time.
To enter without purchasing tickets, send an email to communityworldoregon [dot] org with the subject header “ISS VIP Drawing” during the applicable contest period. You may ask to be entered into the drawing without making a contribution. Please provide your complete name, phone number, email address and local street address.

Determination and Awarding of Prizes
All who purchase tickets online or by phone between now and 11:59 PM on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 will be automatically entered into the drawings for the contests. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email. Any prize not timely accepted by a winner will, in the World Affairs Council of Oregon's sole discretion, be forfeited for future use by the World Affairs Council of Oregon, returned to the prize winner, or awarded to an alternate winner. If a prize notification e-mail or any prize is returned to the World Affairs Council of Oregon or its designated agent as undeliverable, that prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Winner must confirm their acceptance of the prize by the date provided in the prize notification; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited. Each prize is guaranteed to be awarded except if forfeited by a prize winner or in the event that the World Affairs Council of Oregon ceases operation, or for some other reason is unable to fulfill the prize after a diligent effort is made. In such circumstances the World Affairs Council of Oregon assumes no responsibility (monetary or otherwise) to fulfill the prize. the World Affairs Council of Oregon may, in its sole discretion, choose to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the offered prize is unavailable. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, exchangeable, or transferable.
